Hi all

The prelude is nearly over.  Doing a little minor maintenance at the moment. Sometime today we swing the wheel right at Port Augusta and the adventure begins!

Caught up with family in Melbourne, Kapunda, Crystal Brook and Lara; stopped briefly at Bendigo and saw the Murray River with water everywhere!

Weather hovering around 15 max and with frost at Renmark overnight.

Tomorrow or day after will hit Andamooka (forecast Tuesday  4-17); then Williams Creek (need a big map or Google to find that one!) for flight over Lake Eyre; then back on the highway at Coober Pedy where we are intrigued with the concept of the “underground” caravan park.
